LVGI AND UNITED COIN ANNOUNCE THE LAUNCH OF MILLION DOLLAR TICKET® GAME

LAS VEGAS, NV, April 22, 2008 – Las Vegas Gaming, Inc. (LVGI), the gaming industry innovator in gaming software application development and delivery, announced today that it has launched Nevada’s first promotional numbers games with a life changing, million dollar jackpot by utilizing its RoutePromo™ system. The game, Million Dollar Ticket®, launched last week across Gamblers Bonus® locations serviced by route operator United Coin Machine Co.

The RoutePromo™ system provides restricted gaming locations with a web-based interface to choose from hundreds of available promotions to drive onto flat panel video screens in the player environment. Million Dollar Ticket® is a new game that is the latest promotional feature delivered by the RoutePromo™ system. Million Dollar Ticket® is the first ever game of its type to be distributed throughout bars, supper clubs, and convenience stores. It will change the way promotional marketing and player bonusing is performed.

The Million Dollar Ticket® game is free to the player. The game operates by reading hand play of the patron and, when a designated hand outcome such as a four of a kind is hit, the player receives a promotional ticket with chances to win different levels of cash payouts, up to one million dollars. The first drawing occurred Saturday April 19th at 6pm and the winning numbers were displayed at all participating locations. The game was launched and tickets dispensed commencing on Monday April 14th in over 100 Gamblers Bonus® locations and will expand to more locations quickly as the launch proceeds. Over 9,000 tickets were issued during the first seven days of play.

Eric Arnold, owner of Jerseys Bar & Grill, said "it is perfect timing, with the economy in a slump and the effect of the legislation banning smoking. Million Dollar Ticket® is just what we have needed to compete or at least try to keep up with casinos. The restricted gaming operator needs new technology and products to gain an edge and it is outside the box thinking like the RoutePromo™ system and the Million Dollar Ticket® game that will assist us in our marketing and customer retention efforts."

United Coin is one of Nevada’s oldest and largest route operators with over 6300 gaming devices deployed at over 550 locations and a diverse customer base including most 7-11® convenience stores and hundreds of bars throughout the state. "We are extremely excited to offer United Coin's players the first chance at this history setting promotion, and our initial response to Million Dollar Ticket® from the locations and the patrons has been outstanding," said John English, LVGI's Senior Vice President and creator of the game.

LVGI's revolutionary RoutePromo™ system which automates, delivers, and manages the Million Dollar Ticket® game will take route gaming establishments to an entirely new level, as new promotions can be tied directly to machine play. The RoutePromo™ system features a 42-inch, LCD display to show various promotions based on hand play and drawing results for the Million Dollar Ticket® game. Also, a ticket printing device is installed with the system and resides behind the bar or convenience store counter to issue the tickets immediately upon the player hitting a winning hand.

Charlie Skinner, Senior Vice President for United Coin, said that "Million Dollar Ticket® will instantly change the way our customers promote their business and we are thrilled that we are the first to offer this unique opportunity to our Nevada patrons. Aside from our players winning the jackpot normally paid from the machine, we now have an additional pay table to increase the amount of money they can win. We have spent three years in development and approvals to be able to offer a jackpot so large out of our restricted gaming locations."

"Las Vegas Gaming is extremely proud to offer this first of its kind game product and be able to deliver it on the RoutePromo™ system," said Jon Berkley, President & CEO of LVGI. "The initial response to the game has been outstanding. RoutePromo™ is an ideal platform to create new and exciting applications that can create a more compelling offering at restricted gaming locations such as those served by United Coin. LVGI will continue to drive innovation in the gaming industry and we plan to expand our systems to serve markets with diversified needs around the world."
