Jon Berkley
Mr. Berkley joined LVGI in June 2007 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to LVGI, Mr. Berkley served as Senior Vice President and Business Manager of Global Gaming and Lottery for Transact Technologies and is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Gaming Standards Association. Prior to Transact, Mr. Berkley acted as Chief Executive Officer for Tech-I-Bank, Wellzone.com, and Display America. Mr. Berkley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Bruce Shepard
Mr. Shepard has served as our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since August, 2006. Prior to joining LVGI, Mr. Shepard was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Portland, Oregon. As the partner in charge of the Private Companies Section practice, Mr. Shepard worked closely with privately held businesses, assisting them as proactive business advisor with acquisitions and divestitures, corporate financings, initial public offerings, and secondary offerings for certain public company clients.

Tim Britt
Mr. Britt recently joined LVGI as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining LVGI, Mr. Britt served as Uber-Architect in the Harrah's Innovation, R&D and Information Technology (IT) Strategy Team leading the invention, development and deployment of Total Touch, Microsoft Surface and bCode. Prior to Harrah's Mr. Britt served as Senior Vice President of the Systems Division for Konami where he managed the day-to-day operations and was responsible for advancing key technologies into industry wide standards. Prior to Konami Mr. Britt launched and served as President and CTO of Paradigm Gaming Systems which developed what was recognized by many as the most innovative and robust gaming system of its time.

Zak Khal
Mr. Khal joined LVGI in September 2001 and has served as our Chief Operating Officer since July 2005 and Secretary to the Board since October 2006. From April 1994 through September 2001, Mr. Khal held a variety of positions with Park Place Entertainment, which was renamed Caesars Entertainment before being acquired by Harrah’s Entertainment. Prior to joining LVGI, Mr. Khal was Director of Operations for Park Place Entertainment. Mr. Khal has been in the gaming industry since 1985 and has extensive experience in the operation, administration, and management of casino operations. Mr. Khal was an integral part of the management staff overseeing the development and opening of Paris Las Vegas. Mr. Khal holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and a M.B.A. from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Steve Smallman
Mr. Smallman joined LVGI in February of 2008 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Bingo Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Prior to joining LVGI, Mr. Smallman held several Vice Presidential titles at Bingo Technologies Corporation, GameTech International and Blue Dog, Inc. In 1997, Mr. Smallman joined Bingo Technologies Corporation (BTC) and aided in the launch of the electronic bingo revolution. As the head of Marketing and Customer Service, he helped grow BTC's revenues from $4 million to $16 million by early 1999. Mr. Smallman joined GameTech International (GTI) as part of their acquisition of BTC, and helped the combined companies grow into the $50 million range. He held several Vice Presidential titles at GTI, overseeing both operational and strategic planning functions including distributor and sales management, competition and market analysis, and mergers and acquisitions opportunities. From January of 2003 until he joined LVGI, Mr. Smallman served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Blue Dog, Inc. Mr. Smallman holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Business Administration (Marketing and Finance Emphasis).

John J. English
Mr. English has served as our Senior Vice President of Business and Creative Development since 2004. From 1983-1990, Mr. English was the President of Lottery Division of Winners Award Center. In 1990, Mr. English co-founded Pinpoint Direct Incorporated, which became one of the largest direct mail sweepstakes and gaming providers in the world. In 1998, Mr. English founded Multimedia Enterprises, which produced innovative gaming content, and Mailworks International, which provided printing and production services. In 2000 Mr. English created Sports Bet Xpress, the first ever Nevada Gaming Control Board approved remote sports wagering system for bars, taverns and restaurants. Subsequently, Mr. English co-created Gamblers Bonus Million Dollar Ticket, the first million dollar jackpot game to be distributed to restricted gaming locations. In 2004, Mr. English stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer of Multimedia Enterprises to join LVGI's executive team.

David B. Radden
Mr. Radden is currently serving as interim VP, Human Resources. Currently, Mr. Radden is President and founder of D. B. Radden & Company, Inc. in 1999. Mr. Radden is also a founder of Edgework Consulting. This firm helps companies in the areas of performance management and leadership development. In this capacity he works with companies, including Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, in the area of performance management. Previously, Mr. Radden served as Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office of Ray & Berndtson, a top 10 international executive search firm for 16 years. Mr. Radden was managing partner of Ray & Berndtson’s Chicago and Los Angeles offices and was a member of their U.S. and International Boards of Directors. Mr. Radden holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and earned an M.B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
